Very Busy

I should be back to blogging in the next week or so. Been very busy. Soccer and Baseball has started back up for my two younger children. Which means six night of practice and games and games on the weekend. Once I adjust to it all I will be back creating.

Happy Easter

this card was created for Sassy Cheryl's blog challenge #5 . The challenge was to distress look. I used Sassy Cheryl's watermelon bee stamp. The paper is Graphic 45 Communique line. Flower die cuts out of Bazzill lemonade paper . Cloud Nine Rain drop in the middle and on the antennas .The flower was Edged with Chestnut Roan ink. The Stamp was color with Copic markers and highlight with Uniball pen. The stamp area is also edged with chestnut roan ink.

Spring beauty

this canvas I wanted to you spring colors. I used paper, sticker, brads and Rubons form the new Basic Grey collection Kioshi. First I rub chalk ink over the canvas and in a couple of place I used Stampendous embossing ink and embossed some areas. Then I added the layout on top of the canvas. The die cut on the side of the big picture is one of Tim Holtz's Sizzix Edger. The Flower is from Bazzill.

It's not a card

Decide to do some thing different this weekend. Here it is --CANVAS . It was alot of fun.



I used BoBunny's Mama-razzi paper line and embellishments. Including the brads, chipboard, gems ,Rubons. The film strip is from Tom Holtz's new die from Sizzix. The ink are Distress Inks ( fire brick, fade blue jeans, vintage) and Also used Chestnut Roan chalk ink. I cut two film strips used one for the pictures and the other was used as a mask



the word time came from Tatter Angels--bingo card (Family). The film stripe I inked with chestnut roan and the with White brilliance ink. The little squares are small canvas that I adhere to the large canvas with glossy accent. The little black dots is Black Stickles.

Boo to You

This card is for this weeks challenge at Sassy Cheryl's. I used her digital image Witch and Frog stamp. This week challenge was to use orange, green, black and glitter. The paper i used is My Minds Eyes -Boo to you, The black glitter paper is from Best Creation Inc. and the solid colors are from Bazzill ( bling Petty cash, flirty, and Raven). The cauldron is Quickutz Bubbles and bats are from Cloud Nine and the Spider is from Favorite Findings. I used Stickles to go over the spider web to give is some dimension. I color my stamp image in Copic markers.

Sassy Cheryl's Challenge #2
the stamps is one of Sassy Cheryl new design. I colored her in with Copic markers and uniball white pen, Paper is Basic Grey new Kioshi paper line. Paint cans are die cuts from Quickutz.
I have really enjoyed doing all these different challenges. I have brought out item in my art room the I haven't used in a long time.

snowman cappuccino

this digital stamp is from Sassy Cheryl's digital stamp. I create this card for her GREEN challenge on her blog. This snowman looked liked he was doing and Irish gig . That is why I selected him for my green challenge. The paper is from Basic Grey Origin collection. The Bazzill paper is pinecone. The brown ribbon is from American Craft and the green with dots is from Bazzill. The Punches are both from Martha Stewart -Clover individual punch and the border punch is hydrangeas ,but I used it to look like clovers.
The edges of the clovers I used chestnut roan ink. The snowman is colored using copic markers and uni ball pen. The whip cream on the drink is liquid applique. Finally the gem are from Bazzill
